Automated Billing

Keep your services running without worrying about invoice due dates. This guide explains how to enable automatic recurring payments through the SysCraft Client Portal.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal.

Add a Payment Method

1. Go to Account → Payment Methods.

2. Click Add Payment Method.

3. Enter your:

- Card number

- Expiration date

- CVC

- Country and ZIP/Postal Code

Note: Adding your full name is optional. If provided, Stripe may offer enrollment in Link for faster future checkouts.

Once saved, your payment method will be available for future purchases and can be removed at any time.

Enable Automatic Payments

1. Open Invoices from the client portal.

2. Select the invoice you want to pay.

3. Click Pay.

4. Choose your saved payment method.

5. Enable Use for recurring payments.

6. Click Pay Now.

Your future recurring invoices for that service will be charged automatically using your selected payment method.
